These terms cover your use of healthuses.com and the referral service Healthuses Mold Help offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it, or send a form, you agree to them. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Offer

Healthuses Mold Help is a referral and marketing service that links homeowners with independent providers of mold inspection, testing and remediation. We do no inspection, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repair work ourselves. Any agreement you make with a provider is between you and that provider. We are not part of it.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are independent companies. Each one alone answers for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, direct or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work or results will be.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of insurance and any license the work needs, and get the estimate in writing.

You agree to give us accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to abuse the site, interfere with how it runs, or try to get into it without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we match you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to contact@healthuses.com.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Healthuses Mold Help or to those who license them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Healthuses Mold Help is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from any provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
