How Our Network Works
Start with a short request

Who Picks Up
When you call or send a request, it goes to an independent local provider, or to a call line that routes you to one. Healthuses Mold Help has no in-house inspectors or cleanup crews. The person you end up talking to about the job works for the provider's own business.
What the First Conversation Covers
Expect a few plain questions:
- Where is the mold, and about how big is it?
- Was there a leak, flood or sump pump failure?
- How old is the house?
- Is anyone planning to buy or sell soon?
Then the provider sets a time to come look. Many providers can respond quickly, but schedules vary by provider and season. Spring is often busy.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
You are the customer. Ask what you need to know.
- Are you licensed and insured for mold work?
- Do you hold any mold inspection or remediation certifications?
- What do you think caused this?
- How will you contain the area?
- What will you remove, and what will you clean?
- Will I get the scope and the price in writing?
- How will you show me the job is done?
A provider who answers clearly is a good sign. A provider who will not put the scope in writing is a reason to get a second quote.
Older Homes, Extra Questions
If your house has some age on it, ask a few more. Has the provider worked in houses with plaster walls or fieldstone foundations? Will they check for materials that need testing before cutting? How do they handle old paneling or carpet glued to concrete?
The Choice Stays With You
There is no obligation at any point. You can get a quote and walk away. You can compare more than one. You decide who works in your house and when.
