Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Healthuses Mold Help wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use healthuses.com. This statement sets out how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want this site to work for as many people as we can reach. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a common standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Give text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make every part of the site work with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in short, plain language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, like embedded tools or services, may be outside our full control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If any part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or write to contact@healthuses.com and we will do what we can.
Tell Us About Problems
We welcome feedback on how accessible this site is. Write to contact@healthuses.com and let us know:
- Which page or feature caused trouble
- What happened and what you expected to happen
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep making it better.
